Yes it is.
This drawing is part of a series of (at least) three titled "Prophecies".
I'm not satisfied with the result of adding text to the image yet, but for every one of them I wrote some lines. This one should be labeled like this:

"One day
The Great Slug
Will rise from somewhere
Bringing destruction to the Rich
And justice for the Poor"

How it could do such a great job, no one knows.
